Business Outlook
Pros
Clients are groups who do good in the world. Freedom to try to implement new ideas. Company seems to be profitable. People are fun and smart. Ads team seems happy and campaigns team seems ok. Would not recommend joining any of the other teams.
Cons
Most employees are terrified of the CEO. Women, comparatively, are treated badly. They get yelled at more and seem to get fewer raises. Teams are totally siloed and different teams get very different pay and benefits. There is very little company-wide communication. Many people don't even know each other's names even though there are only 50-60 total employees. Haphazard processes, start-up-type disorganization.
