    Pros

Great Loyalty and Rewards programs. Overall a decent company to work for with helpful sales support and good pay. Benefits are pretty good as well.

    Cons

Horrible "Cash Advance" Oh wait you cant call it that or it would be illegal.... Program
Prepaid Meals and Dining program, Come on who are you fooling. Rates up to 200%. Pretty much 100% cold calling and no marketing efforts are extended to the sales teams.

    Advice to Management

Restructure prepaid food and beverage purchase program

I worked at Rewards Network full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of free food/lunches (they run a dining program & usually cater from partnering restaurants), nice new office space, out the door by 5:00 every day plus hour lunches. Lots of nice people.

    Cons

Employees don't seem to trust upper management. Difficult to determine a career path. Salaries are at the low end & they tend to hire unqualified people. You get what you pay for.

    Advice to Management

Invest in quality people. Don't be afraid to tell it like it is, even if the situation is "not good". Reward folks who stick around and do a great job. There isn't much incentive to stay past a few years.
