I have been working at Rewards Network full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

work from home, make own hours, if you're decent in sales you can work part time and hit the minimum results and keep your useless manager and VP off your case.

Cons

too many top people continue to leave, new hires dismayed by lack of income opportunity, they find out after they are hired that the earning potential that was discussed during the interview is not possible. CEO not committed to building a better company, only providing stewardship for his old pal SZ.

Advice to Management

Get out of the office and talk to customers, and meet with teams. One - waste of money - meeting a year in Chicago is not gonna cut it. Next time keep the chairman home, very un-motivating and somewhat slimy.
