I have been working at Reyes Holdings full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Great job out of college. Great job if you do not have a family life and want to live and breath work.

Cons

Pay never changes. You will make the same salary every year no matter what they tell you. if you grow your territory by 10% you will still not see much of a change in your year end statement.

Advice to Management

change is good. Change in management is good. So allow the future of your company grow and not lead them on.

    Pros

None. I do not see any pros.

    Cons

They come in all smiles stating that no one will be losing their job, then announce layoffs a couple months later. They do all of their finance, IT and human resource functions out of the headquarters in Wisconsin.
If you do not plan on relocating to WI, make sure that you start looking for another job if you hear a rumor of this company buying the company you work for! (because that was all we heard for months here - rumors! until the last minute)

    Advice to Management

Big Business is bad for the American people!

    Pros

Working by yourself, little supervision, out in the field all day, great benefits package, decent pay, car reimbursement. Perfect job for someone that likes to rely on themselves.

    Cons

Supervisors that do not do their job. One thing is good one day, the next it's bad. Nepotism and favortism. Bad management. Troubling communication. Solicitation of opinions is not conducted. Lack of leadership and role models. Too much turnover.

    Advice to Management

Acknowledge the lower level workers. Be fair in promotions. Be consistent in raises. Treat office workers and laborers equally. Offer advanced training for management. Focus on customer service. Identify managers that are allowing too much turnover. Basically, be fair and equal. Offer a light at the end of the tunnel. Praise employees.
