Pros

fair pay, lovely home office, great product, love the brand, love the people who still are on board, love how it started, love the way we used to be proud of what the company once was.

Cons

Way below average ELT (executive Leadership team) no concern for employees, ELT won't tell the truth in spite of claiming to hold the truth and share it.

Advice to Management

Please, let folks know we are in the late stages of being absorbed by RJRT! Do you think we don't get it? Live like you pretend to aspire.

    Advice to Management

Let your Territory Managers do their jobs. Don't apply artificial pressure by "strongly recommending" a certain amount of calls per day. Implement tools that increase transparency and set standards for each individual territory, not blanket standards. Listen to your TM's, they are your best asset.

    Pros

Benefits and opportunities are very good. They will challenge you. You may have to go elsewhere to get a promotion but you will get the work experience here.

    Cons

The outsourcing of certain functions has entiled a new level of acceptable risk.

    Advice to Management

Be careful of who you are picking to implement your plans. You need to check back on their performance once in a while.
