I have been working at Reynolds and Reynolds as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Fun atmosphere, lots of amenities, a great team of people to work with. Lots of intern events, and a well developed internship program will support you.

Cons

Employees often seem discontent with management, fairly low pay. In desktop support, at least, I received very little initial training, which often left me struggling to catch up, but was a good learning experience overall.

Advice to Management

Improve your communication, try to understand employees better.

I have been working at Reynolds and Reynolds full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Reynolds and Reynolds is a good company to head to right after college. They hire entry level and you can get into a field that is not a part of your degree program if you pass the test they give you.

    Cons

They do not pay well at Reynolds and Reynolds. Expect to make lower than market rate. You are also micromanaged. It is basically like time sheets there.

    Advice to Management

Do what is necessary to retain good talent.
