They live their core values every day. The team is like a family and always work together as a team to get things done. The co-founders are involved on a daily basis and are involved in every part of your career growth. They give the entire team responsible time off to spend with their families for two weeks every holiday. The business is all about helping middle market CEO achieve their dreams, it is great pleasure to go to work every day to make it happen.
Cons
Some of the team is remote, but we get together as a team at least six times a year.
