I worked at Ricoh full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

none, the company do not have a dependable secure job because is constantly changing, old employers are getting laid off because they are making more more money than what Ricoh wants to pay them. They tell them one thing and then they do another without communicate with the employee. after some time they find a reason to lay-off the employee.Whether they lost a contract with a company and they can't relocate the employee because they do not have openings or they offer you a relocation very inconvenient that most of the employees can't afford to take, even if the employee can take it most of the time is that they cannot match your pay as the previous place that you were working with them.

    Cons

not enough pay, lack of communication, treatment of the employers not good.

    Advice to Management

I do not think that it's right for the employees to be laid off when they work a long time with a company after struggling to keep a job and new employees that do not have enough experience or none at all be considered to keep a job because they make the minimum pay. It makes the old employee been used and personally i think that is so inconsiderate by the part of the employer.

I have been working at Ricoh full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great training, Positive atmosphere- you are surrounded byvery knowledgeable experts.

    Cons

Still too focused on MFP sales and quota. Far too many mandatory meetings which cut into your selling time. Back end process is poor ( order processing) commission payouts are low.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to simplify your processes, Raise your services quota, lower your MFP quota
