    Cons

You work independently. The marketing department is nothing like an actual marketing department.

I worked at Rimkus Consulting Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible work hours; Work from home when not on site visits; Forward-thinking leadership; Opportunity to Travel to Multiple Locations; Generous travel allowances (not first class airfare, but better than fast food meals, rental cars); Opportunity to Grow in Company

    Cons

Health insurance premiums were more expensive due to high average age of employees; Limited vacation availability in November and December.

    Advice to Management

Great company! Keep doing what you're doing!

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Rimkus Consulting Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A very relaxed environment, no one is micro managing you at all times. Can be flexible on scheduling depending on the situation.

    Cons

Horrible vacation package, it takes years to get to an adequate vacation package. Raises are great to boost morale but not much when your raise is +$0.79 an hour.

    Advice to Management

Improve the vacation packages to entry level.
