    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Rio Tinto full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great expat lifestyle with decent monetary and non-monetary benefits (healthcare, housing allowance, business class trips home)
Truly multicultural teams - exposure to many different work styles, experiences, opinions
Excellent environment and social/community programs - building a mine using IFC best practices

    Cons

Isolated location - lack of leisure/dining options, inconsistent comms, site is imperfectly equipped to deal with medical emergencies and better help is a day away
Career development opportunities (understandably) skewed towards locals

    Advice to Management

Increase employee engagement by improving communication - project updates, explanation of decision drivers.
