I have been working at Rite Aid full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

The pay is very good

Cons

12 and 14 hour days with no breaks and sometimes not much flexibility with scheduling and always pressured to work extra days

Advice to Management

Show some appreciation to the people who are driving scripts and sales

    I worked at Rite Aid part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good people to work with (at that time)
    You know exactly what's expected of you

    Cons

    Corporate makes decisions that don't work/make sense
    Managers are treated poorly which results in employees being treated poorly
    Too much is asked of the front end associates for what they are paid

    Advice to Management

    Store managers can't do anything about the problems but corporate could try listening to store employees more since we're the ones who interact with customers and know what they want.

    when they feel you are to old or make to mach monny they try to get you out

    try and make the pople who work for you happy .and try to make everyone one the some not make tham feel that there have to kiss ass to keep there job because if there not happy there con not do a good job
