Company is not financially stable and is cash strapped. Many stores need to be remodeled.

Give employees a 30% discount on store brand items to increase sales of high profit items.

    Pros

    The store I work in is relatively small, so I get to know each and every one of our customers and talk to them for a few minutes each day to see how they're doing.

    Cons

    It can be a bit of a hassle trying to get specific time off.

    Ensure that Store Management is taking care of employees who do their jobs well and reprimand those who do it poorly
