    Pros

The best Prescriptions processing software in the nation (really, it's great)

    Cons

Reluctant to give a raise (but it's better than working somewhere else for 50 cents more and catching hell because you're trying to work with a system that take 15 steps to do what you do at rite aid in 3 steps)

    Advice to Management

Will a dollar raise kill you If I've invested a year in the company?

I worked at Rite Aid full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

If you thrive on a variety of challenges and responsibilities, great place,

    Cons

I quit Rite Aid 3 years ago, apparently not only has it not improved, things have gotten worse-Low pay,not enough payroll, unrealistic work load/deadlines,recognition programs that no cares about except district mgmt. and above because they are only used to reward kiss ups, totally confusing Wellness program that has too many levels, refuse to even look at customer complaints objectively, more than once I went to bat for my associates when they were abused by cust, which made me VERY unpopular with senior management.Store managers that have no idea how to lead or motivate employees.Amazed that anyone shops there, customers have told me is usually because is only drugstore close by

    Advice to Management

Doesn't matter what advice you give management, they are too arrogant to pay any attention.Brains and the ability to think for yourself are quickly squashed.Position your company as a leader, listen to your employees, quit trying to mimic CVS. Invest in your employees, cut corners some where besides payroll.
