I worked at River City Medical Group

    Pros

The location was right off the highway.

    Cons

Unorganized leadership, horrible in house software and red tape everywhere. Software modules were so badly developed that user's actually had administrative access to delete/manipulate medicare insurance data outside of security levels. Legal infractions: ACA violation, Managed care violation.

    Advice to Management

You don't have to grow to be better at what you do, you rather have to focus on doing it so well that it allows you to bid for more contracts at lower operational costs. To do this, you need to seriously have management own up to operational shortfalls and find outside sigma consultations to address your operating issues.

I have been working at River City Medical Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Enjoyable team environment with a lot cool people. The management feels invested and engaged - with employees and the community.

    Cons

Location could be a little bit of commute for most people...unless you live in the Pocket or Elk Grove.
