Pros
Once a student is accepted into Riverside Military Academy, he has the benefit of a dedicated faculty and staff which will develop the students ability to fully realize and utilize his abilities to be successful in college and adult life. Faculty and staff are proud to be a part of developing the next generation of leaders.
Cons
Work is demanding and hours can be long. Management is open to constructive ideas to better the Academy but business decisions are made by an authoritative senior staff, in keeping with the military school model.
