Management is so toxic. They will pay you low and ask you to do everythinf

1. Get to decide your own desicions most of the times 2. Not too strict about your daily tasks (no proper submission for daily/monthly tasks - better to make one your own) 3. Simple accounting system. Even if you're not from accounting background, this company suits you. 4. Friendly colleagues 5. Free food for staffs

1. No proper SOP for each department, so the work is not standardized and it'll be very complex if you're not an organized person. 2. Colleagues are in short, they'll cramp tasks of 15 people for 3 people working here. 3. I'm currently not pursuing as an Account Assistant but an Account Executive. Position assistant but you're doing AP & AR, finalizing financial statements; like an account executive. 4. Salary is disproportionate and not commensurate with the workload given. 5. Free food is not given during school holidays.
