Pros

The team atmosphere is deceiving. Everyone is super friendly and inviting but if you leave the company you are never mentioned again. It’s like you didn’t exist

Cons

In this company there is no such thing as a work-life balance. You are expected to spend the beginning half of your day going into the office and reciting chants and “reviewing” nothing of value. Then you are split up and sent to different WalMart locations across southeastern Wisconsin some being as far as Lake Geneva. You are not paid for any of this and expected to drive your coworkers who usually can’t afford transportation. You then attempt peddle a subpar internet service to anyone who happens to walk by. They try to string you along with promises of being able to open your own “office”, but don’t be fooled. Nobody with a brain decides to stay more than a month. The turnover on this job is ridiculous. I wrote an account just to warn people not to join this company. It takes advantage of ambitious young people and drains them.

Hi, Our goal has always been, and will always be, to create an upbeat, positive, and fun office environment for employees. Unfortunately, it sounds like it didn't match with your personality and that's completely fine. Many past employees and current are still friends, but to be honest- it's none of our business who our employees choose to befriend outside of work. We do offer employees carpool options as well as multiple reimbursements for travel, our apologies if that was not more clear during your time with us. Of course there is turnover, this is an any entry level position. However, in 2019 we helped our clients expand into 4 new markets and already have another launching in April. Each of those market managers are individuals who started in this position and had the ambition, determination, and brains to earn the opportunity to advance. If there are any questions you still have unanswered, we'd love to address them. Please give us a call at (414) 220-0322.

Pros

I recently left Rococo per personal reasons but I have nothing but positives to share. The entire team was so welcoming and friendly and that was so important to me, not only being new but young as well. Additionally we would consistently have “team nights” outside of the office which allowed us bond with each other. Most importantly though, is my experience with the leaders in the office. Each and everyday these people go out of thier way to make sure and help everyone meet and succeed their goals. Our ceo, Becky is was of the kindest most selfless people I've ever met, she's hardworking and devoted to her entire team so that they can have endless opportunities. Some other positives - paid travel opportunities - ability to receive reimbursement - consistent help - advancement in the company - just a fun workplace - weekly pay Overall I was very satisfied with my time with the company, and I hope others find similar experiences as I did.

Cons

The building was just chilly, and the elevators were a bit scary as well.💁

Pros

You can make money if you get sales. It is a very diverse place to work at. Met a lot of cool people.

Cons

It’s a pyramid scheme. Training was very unclear. And it can get very competitive.

Thank you for your feedback about training and we are sorry to hear your experience was unclear. We would like to address the comment of being a pyramid scheme. We are a privately owned outsourced sales company. We work with fortune 500 clients across the telecom industry as well as energy supply and business services, representing the client services in a face to face sales capacity. Our team members do not have to purchase any inventory to sell and they do not have to spend money to join the team- they are compensated for their work. There is no recruiting of personal friends and family members or earning money from those family members for someone who would "bring them in". Our sales account executives are trained on sales principles and systems which are used to sell the products the clients offer. Our team members are then compensated with commission for the products that are sold.
