      Pros

      Free food (you buy food like any other customer at till but don't have to pay for it), dedicated employee benefit website (used high street vouchers and saved a lot), nice working environment

      Cons

      - Same amount of food allowances (value in £) over years despite increase in food price - No employee discounts on fuels

      Distance - if you don't drive it can be quite an extensive journey
