I worked at Robert Bosch India full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-The work environment is informal- people around you are relaxed. Managers encourage employees to take time off from work for their families.
    - Those working for German customers get to travel onsite frequently

    Cons

    - work in development/coding/testing teams is dull and repetitive
    - Managers are reluctant to shift people across departments or projects. One end up working with a single project for 2-3 years! Exposure and learning gets limited to one project.
    - Poor pay and no benefits for people working with customers from India and China.

    Advice to Management

Shifting people across departments so that employees understand the business. Invest in training associates in multi-disciplinary areas.
