    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Robert Bosch India full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. Good for married people. Personal life balancing is possible. But average salary will reduce within 4 years.

    Cons

    1. Definitely spoil freshers carrier, because no knowledge grow and very less salary.
    2. Other candidates of same experience (those who already in bosch) are recruiting by paying more salary normally 3lakh more and they will promote to 51 or 52 level also.
    3. For many people salary and experience is same. They will not compensate the salary in increment by compare with new comers.
    4. This will finally lead to quit the job.
    5. Goal settings no one can achieve. They need to file the patent every year and many jobs no innovative work. If you tell that they nominate you for IP training.

    Advice to Management

    1. Now a days lot of resignations you are receiving. Main reason is more salary difference in boschelor and new comer.
    2. salary and experience is same. Atleast maintain salary 1 lakh more than the experience because all the employees are not having onsite opportunities especially in hardware.
