Pros

Very forward thinking managers and VPs.
Warm environment
Modern work facilities and beautiful campus
Strong job security
Mangers seem to appreciate the feedback given by their subordinates
The on-site food court/dining facilities are excellent
The surrounding town has everything you might want/need (from grocery stores and restaurants to tanning and golf courses)

Cons

Pay is well below national averages for just about every position and the annual raises are somewhat laughable (1%-5%)

I have been working at Robert Morris University - Pennsylvania part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Robert Morris University has been on an upward trend since Dr. Dell'Omos tenure began. The University is seeing enormous growth and the people who work here are great. Its commitment to its core values is always very apparent in the classrooms and in the workplace.

    Cons

RMU provides slightly lower salaries than other institutions in the area. Its enormous growth has resulted, sort of counterintuitively, in budget cuts across the board. As RMU continues to grow it needs to figure out how to more effectively distribute its income in order to remain competitive in the areas of employee salaries and satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

As RMU continues to grow, its salaries need to remain highly competitive to continue to attract great people.

    Cons

Generating a consistent return of student admission upon our consistent follow-up as a team

    Advice to Management
