We are aware that our organisation is currently going through many changes. This is mainly due to the fact that the outside world is also changing very quickly and we need to structure ourselves in such a way that we can react quickly and flexibly. This change is also reflected in our management – the hierarchy as we know it will change significantly, while self-determination will become more important. Leadership at all levels at Roche is very uneven. You can have some great leaders that invest in you and are clear on goals and objectives both individually and as a team. But more often than not, under the guise of pushing decision making as close to the work as possible, there is an abdication of responsibility and strategic understanding of what is required within the business to reach the goals of the business.Continue reading
