I worked at Rockefeller University full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

I worled in the IT Dept for 10+ years. They are cutting edge in technology, no doubt. They have the financial resources to do so.

Cons

No chance of advancement. 10 years after working here, I'm doing advanced, challenging work, but also still doing all the grunt work I was doing on day 1.

Advice to Management

Think about employee professional and personal growth needs
