        Pros

Fundamentally, Roehl is built on values, and if you align with Safety, Doing the Right Thing, Delivering Success and Innovation (among others), you'll do well with Roehl.

        Cons

Roehl offers tons of training and support to drivers and non-drivers alike. To those who "know it all already" or who are not aligned with the company's values, that support can be unwelcome.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are so fortunate to have you on TeamRoehl.

          Pros

Pay is decent. Travel a bit. Easy gig. Your own truck. Offer CDL training.

          Cons

EVERYTHING is planned. Micromanaging to the highest level. You’re a glorified steering wheel holder. “Shut up and do it” To anyone seeking to get their CDL through them, or this being your first driving job. Reconsider. Every company is short staffed. Either go LTL or buy your own truck.

Roehl Transport is one of North America’s safest trucking companies, and we have over 60 years of success. That is not by accident! We are built on values, and we know how to be successful. We also know how to help our teammates be successful while servicing our customers. If someone wants to run their own trucking company where they decide which loads to haul and which routes to take, your advice to buy a truck is solid. We’ll just be over here living our value of Delivering Success to our customers and teammates alike.

        Data Engineer

Got a possible interview coming up with Pepsico as a data engineer in the DFW, TX area. It's more towards an entry-beginner type of role. Anyone know what kind of questions I should be expecting in the technical part of the interview?

What level of influence do potential stakeholders have in the decision-making process during a peer interview? For instance, in my upcoming 3rd round interview involving three peers, following successful phone screenings and VP interviews, would a scenario where one peer has a positive impression while the others don't, or vice versa, significantly impact my chances of securing the job?

Hello, Is it bad to have a lot jobs on your resume? I have like 7 jobs but they were all contract positions, which I put next to jobs that they were contract. But is it a bad thing on resume?
