I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Strong connections with coworkers, excellent benefits package, opportunities are accessible and performance goals are realistic, pay is better then most

Cons

Bureaucracy can get annoying as it removes any sense of challenge/accomplishment, appreciation of tenure is lacking (raises often less then inflation rate)

Advice to Management

Appreciate tenured employees, as these are the staff that help Rogers the most. Keep jobs interesting by not nit-picking over minor, non-customer and non-company impacting details.

I have been working at Rogers Communications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The people!!! They are amazing and truly care about their jobs and fellow employees.

    Cons

Corporate atmosphere!!! Senior management only cares about profit, not employees, not ensuring employees have the proper tools to do their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Your biggest asset is your employees. Invest in them and the company will prosper. Neglect them and you’re the company will suffer.

    Pros

Good people, great pay and lots of room for growth

    Cons

the customers can be very difficult to handle and sometimes a bit more freedom would be nicer to destress during work
