Negative Outlook
Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Rogers Communications as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

If you are unemployed, close your nose and join the most despised company in Canada while you're looking for a decent job. Otherwise go someplace else, this is not a company for anyone with self-respect.

Cons

The company may force you to take unplanned vacations, if you're a contractor (happened to me), or terminate you if you're full-time employee (happened to many people I worked with) in the name of higher returns for investors, though company is in veryu good financial state and has high revenues.

Advice to Management

After stepping into Rogers IT I've canceled my Rogers services and moved to TekSavvy/Telus.
