I worked at Rogers Communications part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Working as a sales associate at rogers is very interesting. There is a lot of freedom, even though it is just within the store. You chat with other employees during free time and talk about all kinds of interesting things.

Cons

The difference in the number of customers can vary quite differently. One day you might be trying to find other work to do, and then one day you might be trying to find time to do the work.

    Best bonuses, best people to work with, and management is always there

    Cons

    Senior management is usually no in sync with what is going around at the call centre and hardly interested in feedback from reps

    Empower your employees by taking feedback from them and letting them have a say with decisions that will impact them directly
