      No pros, Paper pen based exam like WBJEE

      Cons

      They Treat us like a School Boy, Conducting Exam WBJEE or any others High School Exam. Paper pen which too much Time taking and Recruiter are Don't have Punctuality, they doing their own things own way, mean No Systamatic process. Even You can't complaint anything. Calling us at Sharp 9.30 am and they Starting those process from 2.00 PM They telling in PPT (pre placement Talks) that You have to Pay 3 cheques as a Security Deposit (are you serious!!!). Even You have to pay your 3 Salary to them for more than 2.5 years 😑.

      You will learn a lot, while still having flexibility and autonomy Everyone is nice and respectful, everyone is there to do their best, no slackers that bring the team down Positive atmosphere, could not stress that enough! Transparency, which I value very much in a corporate environment.

      Remote work is possible, although not for all employees.

      Cons

      Don't dare to propose any changes for improvement, or you will be laid off. It depends on who your manager is. If you have bad luck, you will get a toxic one.
