Some company rules are in some way or another made up on the fly. Customer surveys can sometimes create tension with the wrong employees.

Choose your potential employees properly. Listen to employees ideas about what may be better for the company, sometimes the ideas do make a difference.

    The one star is five stars for the creative teams (brand/photo), and the original vision of the founder.

    Cons

    This company suffers most in human resources. Like other lateral corporate models, it fails in talent acquisition. When you scrub the corporate mantras and guiding principles, this company seeks talent that lacks ambition, both financially and for leadership. The end result is a core group of employees and leadership that is either in professional transition, or just 'happy to be there'. To compensate for this model, the starting salaries and wages are about 15% above average across the board. When you take ambition off the table, no one is compelled to passionately think, decide, or create. Everyone is just there collectively trying to avoid culpability

    Advice to Management

    Replace half of the corporate leadership team, starting with human resources.
