Pros
There are some very notable positive reasons to work at Rosenblatt. There is a friendly, collegiate environment amongst the fee-earners and there is a very interesting / exotic client base & workload. The firm's provision of free tickets to regular music events to employees is also a great bonus that I do not think is available elsewhere. Another huge plus is that there is no "hours culture" at this firm.
Cons
There are fewer trainees than you would expect for a firm that takes on such a heavyweight caseload. Also, the lift breaks quite frequently!
