Pros

+ Good company culture
+ Intelligent, helpful coworkers
+ Benefit, including using the product
+ Great working for a company with such an innovative product

Cons

- Poor communication from upper management
- Set un-realistic goals in a frequently understaffed environment for employees who are underpaid

Advice to Management

- Listen to your employees, don't assume that they are suggesting that their jobs could be done with less help
- Develop clear career paths
- Recognize employees for their hard work on a more regular basis
- Have more competitive pay

I worked at Rosetta Stone full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice office but getting there is a pain, hefty parking fees. Few good co-workers, if they still stick around.

    Cons

Dog eat dog, ass-kiss culture. If you can "work out" with your manager you can practically get away with anything. Lose self-esteem and become somebody's lap dog you'll go far. DON'T go there otherwise.
Direction upper management has taken is less than reassuring with language learning software landscape expanding.

    Advice to Management

Nepotism(with Politics) is evil. Don't wait until company caves in to realize that.
