I worked at Ross Medical Education Center full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Seeing some of the students go through the program and improve their lives was very rewarding.

Cons

Had to work evenings a few nights per week and felt that the pay did not match the position's responsibilities. When I was hired I was told there was a lot of room for advancement but after working there for a while I found that wasn't the case.

    Pros

There are not any positive things to say about this school.

    Cons

Ross Medical Education Center in Flint is by far the worst and most disappointing school that I have ever attended. They have a lack of professionalism and only care about their students until after orientation, when they are locked into their financial agreement. After they know that they get your money, the respect goes right down the tubes. I would not recommend this school to anyone.

    Pros

The pay scale and benefits offered are competitive. Co-workers are enjoyable, but often don't last long. Making a difference in a students life can be very rewarding.

    Cons

Turnover is EXTREMELY high. Very little support is given by upper management. Clear communication between the corporate level and the campus level is non existent. You must really watch every thing you say to every single person, because this is a company that is quick to fire but may not even tell you why you are losing your job.
