    Pros

-Friendly and helpful co-workers (and most managers)
    -Enjoy being a cashier
-They keep us up to date with daily "rally meetings"
-Employee discount (on already cheap prices)
-Being the first to see all the new inventory and choose from it
    -Birthday celebrations
    -30 day accident-free celebrations
-Required 15 minute break for a 4 hour shift

    Cons

    -Minimum wage
    -Never-ending work, work, work
-Large sections assigned to single person, and it's hard to do your section well if you're constantly being called up the front as a cashier
-Customers make the biggest messes right after you've JUST thoroughly cleaned and organized everything
-Miscommunication between management leads to some associates getting yelled at
-Not enough recognition for new employees
-16 hrs a week = Four 4-hr shifts = Lots of wasted money on gas....would prefer just TWO days of 8 hours each
    -Store manager is often disrespectful

    Advice to Management

Please recognize that we work hard and deserve more than minimum wage. Hire respectful store managers who know how to communicate.

    Pros

    Coworkers, SOME customers, Staying Busy

    Cons

Poor Management, Unorganized, Chaotic, Sexual Harassment, Forgotten Breaks, Never Trained

    Advice to Management

Train your managers to better handle their stores-- They often forget to give employees their breaks, then they blame the employee for not reminding them. However, when they are reminded, they get annoyed. They force some employees to do more than they're supposed to, and they do very little when it comes to sexual harassment from customers in terms of warning other employees. They put their responsibilities on other workers, and they do not properly train their employees. They also will not respond promptly to calls-- Even the important ones involving customers. Better train management. Have better systems for training employees. Fix the overall way the stores work. BUY PAPER TOWELS.
