I have been working at Ross Stores full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They care about your work life balance...most of the time.

    Cons

You make no real decisions on your own, the merchants make all the decisions and are treated like like they are royalty. Half the merchants don't understand excel and expect you to do most of their work for them.

    Advice to Management

Let employees make more independent decisions. The difference between merchant and planner bonuses is horrible!
