    Pros

Discounts, and meeting some great people/customers

    Cons

Hard work for low wages, favoritism among employees

    Advice to Management

Store manager constantly talks on store ear piece about whatever she desires. It's a great distraction especially when you're providing customer service at registers. We would like for you to work instead of filling carts with recovery items for us to put back. Stop playing favorites and get rid of disrespectful FES with numerous customer complaints.

    Pros

Teach you everything about retail. You are trained as a cashier, in the fitting room, go backs, returns, and stock. Most retail place will not let you train in more than one area.

    Cons

No negotiation in pay. They will also give you no more than 25 hours per week because of the Obama Care Law. Also if you can not handle stress and a fast paced environment then Ross is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Make better schedules for you employees because some people even get 1 hour shifts for the week. Have policies in place in regards to parents always having there kids with them because most people let there children run around as if it is a play center.
