I have been working at Ross Stores full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

There is always extra hours weather you want them or not. Other than that there is not alot to say about it.

Cons

Horrible management that doesn't stick around to learn anything. Always having to train new people that the company doesn't care about. If you cant keep a manager what makes you think the employees are going to want to stay.

Advice to Management

Keep it moving!

I worked at Ross Stores part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get a 15 minute break and a 30 minute lunch.

    Cons

You stand at the register for 3 consecutive hours checking customers out constantly while your hangers pile up, the customers are giving you back half of the things they brought to the register and management is ridiculously difficult to get a hold of.

    Advice to Management

    Be nicer to your employees.
