Good environment as long as you have a good management team
Close relationships with coworkers
Discount
You sometimes get to use vacation time, but if you can't you will get a pay out.
Hires internally for stores, but district and up, its nearly all external. But makes for good training to learn skills and move up in your store.
Cons
Worked here for years. Management teams are either really good or really bad with no inbetween.
Petty drama and hard to report unethical behaviors even with alert line especially when it involves your store manager.
Constantly overworked and underpaid
Weird titles such as Area Supervisor of Operations, etc that should be normal titles of Assistant manager, etc. Different titles so they can pay you less, even though AS0 should be 45hours a week and ASM, even if slightly less pay than bigger stores. That 5 hours would make a huge difference to stores.
Yearly bonus of $500-1000 depending on what your Store Manager thinks of you rather than the work you've done.

Super flexible hours. 20% employee discount. Raises can be often pretty much just ask. Lot’s of growth opportunities
Cons
Pay pretty low. I started at 11.25 an hour. Extremely busy
