Pros
Company benefits and the people you meet at ross
Cons
Company does not provide stability for the employees and lies about flexibility. They make huge decisions with little to no notice like changing Work from home schedules and forcing people to come into the office more just because we had a “bad year”. Morale around the work place is at an all time low especially after getting removed benefits and no bonus. Company loves to say they give workers flexibility but if you ask for a flexible schedule you get punished for it. Lots of talk of people searching for jobs elsewhere. Company is punishing both buyers and planners because of a bad year and it’s not fair that we get punished for macroeconomic factors like inflation. Also if you hire people and tell people that they will be working only 2 days in the office and that is the “ end state “ don’t lie and change it a few months later. People make decisions about their lives based on their work schedule and it is unfair for people who chose this job based on the schedule to then lie and backtrack. In addition, your promotions in this company are solely based on where you are placed. Great employees get the short end of the stick if they are placed in an area that’s understaffed because they are held back to cover the area instead of getting promoted in a timely manner.
