Advice to Management

You really should not be in store management because you have no idea what your doing. There should not be a manager at Ross. Employees should run the store.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There really aren't that many reasons to work at Ross outside of getting a paycheck. The only good thing I can think of is that one could get a lot of hours.

    Cons

There was employee reliability, bad communication within the store hierarchy, and bad organization from the managers resulting in late schedule posting. A store associate at Ross basically does all the jobs within the store for minimum pay.

    Advice to Management

I think Ross should hire better store managers and better hiring managers to ensure that the store runs smoothly as well as have employees that are reliable.

    Pros

They offer seasonal work and if you're tough skinned it isn't so bad.

    Cons

The head managers are rude and grumpy. They'll go from telling you you're doing great one minute to talking down to you right afterward. Very disorganized store, long lines, rude customers. They expect you to keep everything clean while tending to a long line. Unrealistic.

    Advice to Management

I know you are tired and overworked, but don't take it out on employees.
