    Benefits are excellent and you can take it all as cash if you like which boosts your salary

    Pros

    Cab facility, free transport, still a good brand (?)

    Cons

    Business is not doing good.
    Massive inequality in salary and role between new and old hires, irrespective of experience or skill level.
    Extremely incompetent senior and middle management mostly comprising of people who know little or nothing about technology or process.
    Too many people who are NOT of any value in the organization.
    Focus is on Visibility if you want to grow.
    New policies(career model) which is an excuse not to promote people.
    Too much politics at all levels.
    Developers are also used for providing tech support (even on weekends and holidays) in some units
    Too many designations in the career path which will make growth extremely slow
    Though flexi working hours have recently been introduced they are not pratical as people rely on cabs for transport.
    3 months notice period.

    Advice to Management

    Most of the good people have already left. Try to retain good people who are left.
    Bring more transparency and quality in the organization.
    Do away with the new career model.
