Flexible working hours, great teammates to work with.

Cons

Lack of innovation and inspiration. Environment doesn't cultivate changes. Unnecessary processes to slowing things down.

Advice to Management

Make the organization move faster. Reward executers not talkers.

    Pros

    only best reason is to travel and meet some nice guest but nothing else is worthed cos work on rccl ship is too much and not appreciated from the management

    Cons

    working long hours like a slave,no respect from management RCCL has policy that they most of time never follow up

    uper management never listen to the simple crew member so its no worthed to advice them anything...
