I worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

royal caribbean cruises focuses on the rights and priviledges of the crew, they make things very easy and efficient for the crew to work in the ship but with great cautious interms of the rules and regulations aboard.

    Cons

royal caribbean cruises may seem to be of great company but there are also things that are not agreeable to the crew, like for some department in restaurant , our salary really depends on the tipping system, the truth now that some or mostly of the guest will not pay the tip to the restaurant crew! so the result is the restaurant crew dont have salary and really cannot afford to buy some things what they need.

    Advice to Management

royal caribbean cruises will also take a look on the salary side of those department that needs improvement on the tipping system.
