I have been working at Royal Caribbean Cruises full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Travel benefits, passionate and dedicated co-workers

    Cons

Leadership/management team cripples innovation/ideas/movement and buries the people who actually get things done under so much work it is impossible to achieve any kind of work/life balance. You can only move up if you are liked by the right people; having talent has nothing to do with it.

    Advice to Management

Be better. You are running the company into the ground and you are working your talent to the point their health is at risk. The amount you pile on is more than unreasonable and we do it, because we are good and we love the company, but you are breaking us. Not that you care...and that is sad.

I worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If you live long enough you might get an employee cruise.

    Cons

Mostly a joke. Proclaim themselves to be the leader in the cruise industry. They're in lock-step with the real mover/shaker in the cruise industry, Carnival Cruise Lines. No innovation just copycat Cubans.

    Advice to Management

    Do a reverse Nyad
