Pros

Systems, tools, benefits, Quality of life, salary, food, training materials, high standards,

Cons

Current Upper management lacks vision and micro manages vs treating us like business people. Bonus plan is bogus and pisses everyone off

Advice to Management

Have upper management spend more time n the stores, culture is slippin. Find out why everyone really left

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

This was a fun job. Good company to work for. Lots of support from the management and a fun working atmosphere.

    Cons

It is a pretty basic job (unless you're a manager) and you have to deal with all the downfalls of working with angry customers etc.

    Advice to Management

The management at my store was great. A little more structure in the expectations would be helpful. It is important for managers to have product knowledge which is one other thing that may be lacking.
