    Pros

The work hours are very flexible, and the work environment is also flexible. For instance, students are allowed to do homework while at work.

    Cons

The people that are called are very rude at times and automatically think they can put you down as a telemarketer. In addition, it is difficult to get all of your asks out and mentally exhausting.

    Advice to Management

Try to be more encouraging of positive work, and offer more substantial incentives. Make your feedback about employee performance more personalized.

    Pros

The pay is great and the hours are good. You can take off of work when you need to.

    Cons

    Calling people is terrible
Being forced to ask people who are unemployed, sick, elderly, retired, or otherwise unable to give is terrible because if you end a call too soon you will be written up.
You will never hear "You're doing a good job", just criticism
    BORING
Can't get up to you the bathroom, get water, or get up at all without permission. For 3-4 hours.

    Advice to Management

    Relax.
