The pay was generous and always on time for the most part. That's the only good thing that I can say

My experience was DOT regulations meant absolutely nothing. All they want is for you to take the load no matter what shape the tractor is in. So what if it didn't pass the pretrip. It became an ultimatum between keeping your job or risking your CDLs. Ultimately I left because that shows they don't care about their employees,
