    Pros

SP Richards was one of my favorite places to work. I worked as a software engineer and thoroughly enjoyed my team and my co-workers who contributed to my team. You can tell that the company cares deeply for their employees and to keep a very positive culture.

    Cons

There are some bad eggs just as there would be at any company. They are very easy to find and avoid, however. Everything else about the company and the staff made it easy to avoid negativity so it really didn't affect your work.

    Pros

Good Affordable Benefits, Good Hours, Flexibility with hours. That's it.

    Cons

Number 1. was the lack of training. In this particular office, the staff was very cliquey so I basically had to train myself. I had run into few people who worked here previously & they experienced the same thing, so it is a trend for this office. From some of the reviews, I see its still happening. Management was no help & was even the promoter of this behavior. Which brings me to Number 2. UnProfessional - Just a severely unprofessional workplace from the top on down. Bottom line is if you do not fall into their parameters of acceptance you WILL eventually become a victim of this haphazard calamity of unprofessionals. With all of the workforce laws out there, I am surprised this is allowed to continue here unchecked. No professional workplace would even remotely allow this. Perhaps they are unaware of what is going on or perhaps they don't care. Either way, its not a good company. Unless you are absolutely desperate I would look elsewhere.
