Pros

This company is a good opportunity to get started in this field of work. Management is very easy going and flexible with hours. Health compensations are great.

Cons

Poor management planning and scheduling. Too many managers delegating to lower managers. Computer technical, software and hardware assistance is very poor. It takes too much effort to get help on computer issues.

Advice to Management

Plan and schedule projects more fairly to complete. Coordinate with other managers on project due dates and man power work hours.

    I worked at S & B Engineers and Constructors full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

A true team environment where people genuinely care about each other.
Safety - THE best in the industry.
Opportunity to build a strong relationship with the client; to the point where even the most minor of concerns could be openly discussed and resolved to meet both parties' needs.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

Diversify project portfolio and get creative to capture market-share; even if doing so involves small to moderate risk. Sometimes the biggest risk can be not taking one at all. Other than that, keep up the great work. You guys have built up one of the best companies in the industry and you should be extremely proud of what you have accomplished.
