Pros

Bonus structure is great. If you are able to hit the sales quota, you can receive 825 dollars every two weeks on top of your 80 hour two week pay.

Cons

You'll never get a raise. You'll never get 80 hours even though you worked 80 hours in two weeks. They pay by production hours on he phone. Not the time you clock in, so your paycheck will always be 5 hours short every two weeks. You only get paid 10 dollars an hour.

Advice to Management

Considering giving the employees a raise and some health benefits. Also, you should consider promoting within the company instead of outside.

I have been working at S&P Data full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

What you make of it, helpful staff and bosses, for sales its basically like running your own business but under reasonable rules and conditions.. ie just don't be an inconsiderate and rude individual.

    Cons

If you don't learn anything from training this job may be unsatisfactory but either way you know what you're getting in to

    Advice to Management

Good job as far as I've seen but take control of your training group, don't let them be loud and irrelevant to the because that makes the focus of the training be all over the place because of it and disrupts those of us trying to do our jobs on the floor because you let them be loud

I have been working at S&P Data full-time

    Pros

There are no pros to working at this company

    Cons

This Job is a joke. The management team is terrible. Turn over rate is insane. If you are a serious sales representative do not take this job. People are constantly screaming, fighting and using foul language on the floor. Pay is never done correctly. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever worked in.

    Advice to Management

Wipe out your management team and start over.
