Disapproves of CEO

Pros

The benefits package is second to none

Cons

Saudi owned company does not bode well in blue collar America. Often times getting something changed or pushed through the channels was difficult and discouraging. The outsourcing of the AP/AR function to India was a real problem fr many of the customers especially in the down economy.

Advice to Management

Let those whom are successful in their current roles chase bigger opportunites.

    Pros

From middle management and below, fantastic people to work with. The teamwork attitude is cross company and real. Co-workers turn into friends quite easily. Benefits are very good. Work/life balance is pretty fair.

    Cons

Top level management is an abomination. There is virtually no one at the top level who has any clue how to run a major global corporation. There is next to no operational leadership capability in the top leadership positions. Leadership is not based on pulling real opinions in from middle management and building a strategy. It is more based on arrogant and ignorant opinion on the industry and driving that through the organization.

    Advice to Management

Top level management should do the right thing and step down allowing others with experience and inclusive behavior to lead the business. Some senior management has an old view on the industry while others have a severe lack of depth of knowledge in the industry.

    Pros

Big company with good knowlegeable employees

    Cons

Management are slow to respond to economic change and are always in the panic mode.

    Advice to Management

Start to be proactive instead of reactive and listen to the employees more. Think less of self and more about moving the company forward.
